These hammers are a great alternative to a dead blow hammer where the loss of steel shot may pose a problem. Model UUP-100 is a large face but lightweight hammer. Model UUP-475X15 contains a steel core that helps to deaden the rebound of a blow.
Hardness: 60-65 Shore D (Hard to Extra Hard).

Typically used with Bossing mallets for shaping metal curves. Suede outer finish and tanned interior, double stitched with velcro closure system. Filled bags are 1 1/2" to 2" thick. The recommended filler is #9 bird shot.
