HammerMan's Note: I first read this book in my early 50's when I was running marathons. I was having all kinds of trouble with my arches, achilles tendons, shins, calves and knees. I switched to minimalist running shows and started running trails and all these problems went away. I ran 9 trail marathons in 18 months. I am what is known as a Clydesdale- a 200 lb. slow, plodding mover that never gives up. If I did it, so can you!
